Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy on all undamaged and unused products when accompanied by a receipt and in original packaging. Returns require an RMA number which can be obtained by e-mailing us at Service@Aqualightsonline.com. A restocking fee of 15% is charged on all returned merchandise and the customer is responsible for all shipping cost from and to our warehouse. No refunds on special order items unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Special order items are noted in the item description.


Warranty Information
If your item is defective or broken on arrival, please contact us within 24hrs so we can take care of it. All of our products come with warranty from the manufacturer. Please consult the manufacturer's literature for specifics or email us. Warranty shall not apply to a product if it has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, negligence, alteration, or misapplication.

Defective Items
Defective items sent back to Aqua Lights Online will be examined/tested/reviewed by us to determine failure. If the item returned as "defective" proves to be working, we will charge a 20% fee. Customer is responsible for shipping to and from our facility and also providing the proper insurance for the item(s). If the item is defective, we will issue a full refund or replace the defective item. If any item is determined to have been misused, improperly wired, improperly installed, altered or otherwise used in a manner which it was not intended, Aqua Lights Online reserves the right to reject the item as defective.

Shipping information
Shipping rates for each item is listed on the item pages. Shipping cost will combine automatically with purchase of multiple items.The shipping rates listed are for the 48 connecting states. We use Fedex & UPS, sorry no USPS. Please give us an email for Alaska, Hawaii and international shipping rates. All items will automatically ship with a signature confirmation unless customer requests not to on the payment or email us before it ships out. In case of a rare backorder, we will notify you within 3 days of the order and you will have the option for a full refund or wait for the item to get back in stock.

Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for online orders. Your sensitive information will only go through our Paypal merchant account,
which uses state-of-the-art encryption, so your data is not available to anyone but Paypal. If you would like to send a payment through mail, we only accept Money Order or Cashiers check. No personal checks.
